If you have already registered and still need to pay you may do one of the following:
- Submit a check by mail made payable to USW Secretary-Treasurer and send it to the address below. Please provide a copy of your registration confirmation. You should indicate the registrant name in the subject line. If the check applies to more than one registrant, please provide a list of names.

A block of rooms has been set aside at the hotels listed below. Rooms are limited, so please book early. The deadline for booking hotel room reservations is Friday, April 24, 2026. You can call the hotel directly or book online.
If you call directly, identify yourself as an attendee of the 2026 United Steelworkers Health, Safety and Environment Conference.
Note: All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. A one-night deposit is required. Hotel cancellations will be accepted 72 hours before the day of your arrival; if a cancellation is not made, the room charge and tax will be billed to the credit card on file. Please note, check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.
